Interrux by Naturalis Healing LLC Privacy Policy Effective Date: August 31, 2026 Interrux is a nature-based self-reflection app built by Naturalis Healing LLC, owned and operated by Charles Parker Newton, Licensed Professional Counselor, based in Lakeville, Connecticut. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Interrux app and website (interrux.com). By using Interrux, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 1. What Interrux Is — and Is Not Interrux is a self-reflection tool designed to support personal growth between therapy sessions. It is not a clinical service, not a crisis intervention tool, and not a substitute for therapy. Interrux is not monitored by a clinician. Your entries are private and belong to you. 2. Information We Collect We collect the following types of information: • Account Information — your name and email address when you create an account. • Reflection Entries — the content you enter across the four pillars: Locate, Sit, Step Outside, and Find the Ground. This data is private and stored securely. • Usage Data — how you interact with the app, including which features you use and how frequently, used solely for pattern detection within your own Session Thread. • Device Information — basic device and operating system information for technical functionality. • Location Data (Phase 2, optional) — if you opt in to location-based nature prompts, we access your approximate location to suggest nearby parks and trails. This is optional and can be disabled at any time. 3. How We Use Your Information We use your information solely to:• Provide and improve the Interrux app experience. • Surface patterns in your own entries via the Session Thread feature. This pattern detection is for your personal use only. • Send account-related communications such as password resets. • Improve app functionality and fix technical issues. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not provide your reflection entries to any clinician, employer, insurer, or third party without your explicit consent. 4. Your Data Belongs to You Your reflection entries are private. No clinician — including the developer of this app — has access to your entries. The meaning-making that happens in Interrux is yours to bring to your therapist if and when you choose to. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@interrux.com. 5. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use OnSpace.ai infrastructure, which employs secure database architecture to protect your information. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. 6. Crisis and Safety Disclosure Interrux is not a crisis service and is not monitored in real time. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency: • Call or text 988 — Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (24/7) • Text HOME to 741741 — Crisis Text Line • Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room 7. Psychedelic Integration Use Some users may use Interrux to support psychedelic integration. Interrux is a reflection tool only — it is not an integration protocol and does not replace working with a trained integration therapist. If you are in acute psychological distress following a psychedelic experience, please contact a trained professional or SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357.8. Children and Minors Interrux is not intended for use by children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should use this app with parental awareness and ideally in the context of an existing therapeutic relationship. 9. Third Party Services Interrux uses the following third party services: • OnSpace.ai — app infrastructure and data storage. • Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your payment information directly. • Google Places API / AllTrails API (Phase 2) — location-based nature suggestions if you opt in. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Interrux after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 11.
